2. Online Payments

Bhoi Kirana does not store your UPI PIN, ATM PIN, banking password, or other confidential payment credentials.

3. Cash on Delivery

For eligible orders, customers may choose Cash on Delivery.

The customer is required to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

COD availability may depend on the delivery location, order value, product availability, or other applicable conditions.

4. Payment Confirmation

An order will be processed after successful payment confirmation or confirmation of the Cash on Delivery order.

If an online payment is successful but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with your payment/order details.

5. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us.

We will verify the transaction with the relevant payment service provider and take appropriate action.

Do not make multiple payments for the same order without first checking the payment status.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible.

For COD orders, an alternative refund method may be used after obtaining the necessary details from the customer.

The time taken for a refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

7. Pricing and Charges

Product prices displayed on our website may change from time to time.

Any applicable delivery charges or other charges will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation, wherever applicable.

Customers should never share their UPI PIN, OTP, ATM PIN, banking password, or other confidential payment credentials with anyone, including Bhoi Kirana representatives.
