An order may be cancelled by Barpali Bazaar if:

- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
6. Product Availability and Substitution
Products are subject to availability.
If a selected product becomes unavailable, Barpali Bazaar may contact the customer regarding a replacement or alternative product.
If no suitable replacement is available or the customer does not agree to a replacement, the unavailable item may be removed from the order and the applicable amount may be refunded where payment has already been made.
7. Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic
- Product availability
- High order volume
- Operational issues
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and being available to receive the order.
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related issue, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where applicable.
8. Delivery Area
Barpali Bazaar may provide delivery only within selected locations or serviceable areas.
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders depending on delivery availability and operational coverage.

Barpali Bazaar does not intend to collect or store sensitive payment credentials such as UPI PINs, card PINs, or banking passwords.
10. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched, subject to our operational process.
Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
Barpali Bazaar may also cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, delivery limitations, payment issues, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
11. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Products
Returns and refunds will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, expired, or materially different product, please contact Barpali Bazaar as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
We may request photographs, order details, or other information to verify the issue.
Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method, depending on the circumstances.
12. Perishable and Grocery Products
Certain grocery products, fresh produce, dairy products, frozen items, and other perishable products may have limited return eligibility because of their nature.
